2-Initiate Conversations: Try to start the conversation and ask others about what they are interested in because everyone likes to talk about themselves. This will show them that you’re interested in them, and in this way, a two-way conversation will proceed.

- What are your activities in your free time?
3-Avoid use of phones in gatherings: You might have noticed that using excess social media can distract you from your everyday conversations and healthy discussions. Therefore, showing involvement in the community rather than making excessive use of cell phones is very beneficial. The more you interact with people, the greater the chance there is that you can make yourself feel better and happier.
From extrovert to an introvert:
When we talk about extroverts, these are people who love outside exposure and participate more in gatherings and events, so they have more exposure to the outside world. Have you ever heard about an extrovert being converted into an introvert? This is a confusing question, and the answer may not at first sight but, it can be.
